Terms & Conditions – April Tattoo Giveaway Raffle
1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 or older. By entering, you agree to these terms.
2. Raffle Period: Entries accepted from April 1 - April 30, 2025. Winners drawn on May 1, 2025.
3. Prizes:
• First Prize: Half-sleeve floral tattoo (arm, leg, or hip) + $100 gift card to Chattanooga Premium Florist.
• Second Prize: Medium-sized floral tattoo (arm or leg only).
• Tattoos must be done by Robert Barker Art and Tattoos and cannot be combined with other offers.
4. Ticket Purchase:
• $20 per ticket. Each ticket counts as one entry.
• No limit on ticket purchases.
• Must be purchased online at robertbarkerart.com.
• Entries are valid only after filling out the form with name, email, and phone number.
5. Winner Selection & Redemption:
• Winners will be randomly drawn and notified via email/phone.
• Tattoos must be scheduled within 6 months of the drawing.
• No cash value or substitutions.
6. Promotion & Sharing:
• By entering, you agree that your name and entry may be shared online for promotional purposes.
7. General Terms:
• Failure to respond within 7 days of winning forfeits the prize.
• The artist reserves the right to refuse service if the design request does not align with artistic or ethical standards.
• This raffle is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or Chattanooga Premium Florist.
